Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2017), specialized in both domestic and international Tax Law. He complemented his education with a Diploma in Tax Analysis and Planning from the same university (2020), and the USA International Taxation course at Leiden University in the Netherlands (2022).
From 2020 to 2022, he was part of the tax team at the law firm Albagli & Zaliasnik (AZ). In 2022, he joined the Strategy and Transactions team at Ernst & Young (EY), where he further developed his professional career until 2025.
His practice focuses on divestment and investment operations in Chile, as well as the taxation of cross-border transactions. He also advises on matters related to family offices, corporate reorganizations, due diligence, and financing, both locally and internationally.
